Prof Warren Rozen is a consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, in Melbourne, Victoria. Warren is fully trained and accredited with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and has a dedication to patient care and meticulous surgical skills.
Warren has extensive clinical experience, and a very strong background in combining his clinical practice with translational research. His research interests have a focus on reconstructive flaps and surgical anatomy. Warren has published over 500 peer-reviewed publications, given over 100 national and international research presentations, and is on the editorial board of multiple international journals.
In addition to a PhD at the University of Melbourne and an MD at James Cook University, Warren has undertaken post-fellowship training in the specialist areas of microsurgery and breast reconstruction in the United Kingdom, training with world-renowned microsurgeon Professor Venkat Ramakrishnan.
Warren holds public consultant appointments at both Peninsula Health and Eastern Health, and operates privately at Peninsula Private Hospital in Frankston. He is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and is a clinical Professor at Monash University.

Fran - Practice Nurse
Fran is our Practice Nurse. Fran has been a Perioperative Nurse (working in operating theatres) for 19 years. Fran has been part of the Plastic Surgery Victoria team for 5 years and has the dual role of helping Prof Warren Rozen with his surgeries then helps the patients in their recovery post operatively.
Casey - Practice Manager
Casey is our Practice Manager here at PSV and has worked in office management for 15 years, which includes 7 years in the medical sector. Casey prides herself on delivering quality patient care and always strives to ensure our patients’ surgical journey runs as smoothly as possible for each and every patient. Casey’s interests outside of work include fitness, playing basketball and spending time with her family.
Tamara - Receptionist
Tamara is one of our receptionists, and has a background of 15 years in the industry. Her experience and care is a stand out. Her other interests include hanging out with family and friends, as well as listening to music and reading a good book.
Melissa - Receptionist
Melissa ‘Mel’ is one of our fantastic receptionists. She has a background of over 18 years in the industry, and prides herself in patient care and compassion. Her interests include, watching movies, hanging out with her family and barracking for the Sydney Swans.
Teagan - Nurse
Teagan is one of our nurses. She has a background of 10 years experience in the operating theatre specialising in plastic surgery with Professor Rozen for the majority of this time and has enjoyed working with her patients on a more personal level in the rooms for the last 3 years. Teagan has interests in hiking, spending time with family and helping friends.
